24.10.2018 10:58- The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has already provided over BGN 1.4 million to the Municipality of Lom to improve the water supply services in the city.

The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works (MRDPW) will finance another 2,7 million BGN repair works on the water supply network in Lom. The funds will be budgeted for the next year's budget. They will be invested in the first two of the four stages of the pipeline replacement project.
The topic of the frequent accidents in Lom was discussed at today's meeting between Minister of Regional Development and Public Works Petya Avramova, Deputy Minister Nikolay Nankov, Mayor Penka Penkova and MP Dilyan Dimitrov.
The Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works has already provided over BGN 1.4 million to the Municipality of Lom for improvement of the water supply and sewerage services in the city under 2 projects on the basis of concluded agreements. They finance the replacement of the incoming water supply, the water supply to the municipal center and several more villages, which is heavily depreciated and often damaged.
The update of the project for reconstruction of the entire water pipeline route is also financed by the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works, providing funding in the amount of BGN 70 000 in 2015 and 2016.
