Energoremont Holding JSC with 136% Profit Growth in 2011

In 2011, “Energoremont Holding” JSC and its filial companies secured 1068 jobs. The figures were presented in the consolidated audited financial report to the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (BSE) for 2011.
 
For this period the holding increased its expenses for social security by 17 per cent because of the increased number of employees. For the last five years, “Energoremont Holding” JSC has paid in about BGN 11 million for social security.  
 
For 2011 the group has paid 76 percent more taxes in comparison with 2010 because of the increased volume of projects that it executes. “Energoremont Holding” JSC continues to be one of the large taxpayers in Bulgaria that form over 60% of the state budget revenue. 
 
The company’s EBIT for 2011 has increased by 136 per cent up to BGN 6 673 000 compared to 2010. For 2010, it was BGN 2 831 000. The sales revenue in 2011 reached BGN 55 890 000. 
 
“The good financial results of the holding are due first of all to the acquired 40 years of experience in rehabilitation, repair, and reconstruction of power facilities in TPPs, HPPs, NPPs, heating and factory power plants, and to the new orders gained, as well as to the good corporate management” commented on the results for 2011 the chairman of the Management Board and financial director of the company, Mr. Ivan Lichev.
 
The capital of “Energoremont Holding” JSC registered at court is BGN 3 842 740.02, distributed into the same number of nominal and non-cash shares with the face value of BGN 1 per share. Shareholders in the company are “Milennia 77” LTD ( 33.03%), “New Power and Industrial Technologies” with 21.59%, ”Geopribor” (“Geo Instrument”) with 10.80%, and “Bulgarian Energetics” with  32.08%, the rest are physical persons.
