According to AT Kearney’s ranking, Bulgaria is the leading cost-quality location for BPOs in Europe and consistently ranks in the top 15 worldwide as the best location for servicing BPO functions based on the financial attractiveness, business environment, people skills and availability.

The main findings of the research conducted by Colliers International and A.T. Kearney, a top management consulting company show that over the short, medium & long term the CEE region will continue to compete with other global outsourcing destinations. Business Process Outsourcing activities in this part of Europe will continue to be a very strong driver of occupational demand, and although CEE countries may not always win on cost, a combination of years of experience, close cultural ties, overall skills & language availability give these markets a competitive edge.
