Bulgarian Minister of energy Traicho Traikov has ordered that the electricity exports that were temporarily seized on Jan 21, be resumed as of 01.00 EET on Jan 28.

Traikov commented that the end of the strike of miners at Maritsa East Mines was the reason the electricity export was resumed so quickly. He added that the country has complied with the requirements of 75% coal reserves present in its thermal power plants.
