The First Black Sea Facility Management Summer Academy Started Today
The training in Varna includes lectures from representatives of the Technical University in Karlsruhe and from FM consulting companies

  • Anton Guintchev, Peter Prisch, and prof. Kunibert Lennerts at the BSFMSA 2011 official opening
  • The participants in the BSFMSA 2011 will receive certificates from TU-Karlsruhe

For the first time facility management experts from Bulgaria will receive a certificate from the Technical University in Karlsruhe, Germany, for participating in the Black Sea Facility Management Summer Academy 2011. The lecturers in the training are prof. dr.-ing. Kunibert Lennerts from TU-Karlsruhe - the first FM professor in Germany, and Petr Prischl, managing director of Reality Consult. Lectures will be presented also by eng. Anton Guintchev from Facility Management Consulting and from Torsten Pein. The training is conducted in Golden Tulip Hotel, Varna, until September 11.

The topics of the training include:

  • Contract management
  • Operational expenses
  • Outsourcing
  • Built Environment management
  • Data and Information management in FM
  • Building enrollment and audit

During the training the participants will have the possibility to meet FM professionals from Eastern and Western Europe and to take part in discussions and training workgroups. The educational course will be conducted in English language and every successful participant will receive a certificate from TU-Karlsruhe.
