ERP Sever invests BGN 2.3 million in the renovation of the power distribution network in the Shumen region

Elektrorazpredelenie Sever is in the proces of implementing investment projects for the renovation of the electricity distribution grid in the Shumen region worth nearly BGN 2.3 million, the energy company stated. This investment project is part of the company's investment program for 2018 and it aims to ensure sustainable power supply to households and busines alike. Additionally, it aims to furhter the development of the electricity infrastructure in the area.

Since the beginning of the year the electricity distribution company has invested BGN 1.2 million in renovation and moving of electricity meter panels and installation of new tools for commercial measurement. Additionally, another BGN 922 thousand in network optimization and connection of new users, BGN 134 thousand in purchasing specialized equipment and prevention and reaction to disasters and accidents. Another BGN 630 thousand will be invested in reconstruction and maintenance of the electricity distribution network in the region.
 
Electricity North is part of the ENERGO-PRO group based in Varna. The company manages and maintains an electricity distribution network with a total length of 42,185 km, on a territory of nearly 30 000 sq. km which comprises 9 administrative districts in Northeastern Bulgaria - Varna, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Dobrich, Razgrad, Rousse, Silistra, Targovishte and Shumen.
