Planned repair of ESO caused a cut-off of the CEZ distribution network in Boboshevo Municipality

Planned repair of an ESO facility imposed the planned cut-off of the CEZ Distribution network, supplying the area of ​​Boboshevo municipality, Kyustendil district, the energy company said. CEZ Distribution Bulgaria is obliged to ensure the safety of its facilities in the scope of the repair activities. The repair commenced in August and is due to end on November 4. For the last month, the number of cut-offs is at 11.

The reconstruction of the 110 kV "Ilinden" power line by ESO will ensure the security of the power supply in the municipalities of Rila, Boboshevo and Blagoevgrad. The investment of the transmission operator is over 2 million and 500 thousand BGN. ESO has previously notified all institutions of the planned activities and of the need to secure the facilities of CEZ Distribution. More cut-offs for the repair of a 110 kV "Ilinden" power line are not planned and will not take place.
 
CEZ Distribution Bulgaria follows a strict procedure for announcing scheduled power interruptions in compliance with the regulatory requirements by announcing them on the media, on the company's website, including through detailed information to the municipal administration. The Mayor of Boboshevo and the settlements of the municipality have also been informed of the interruptions of the power supply and the reason for them.
