During the twinning project BG 07 IB EN 01 for improving the administrative capacity of water sector administration in Bulgaria, the team of “Public Services” OOD (publics.bg) prepared a special Guide for implementation of projects, related to the Programs of measures according to the River basin management plans in Bulgaria.
